College Placement Tests
Tests required prior to college enrollment
Before enrolling in a CSU, you must demonstrate college readiness in both English and Math. You must do so by completing the CSU English Placement Test (EPT) and the CSU Entry Level Mathematics (ELM) exam. Both exams must be completed by May 2, 2015.

Kindly note that these are placement tests and have no bearing on your admission. Depending on your results, you will be placed in either college-level or remedial classes.
It is possible that you may be exempt from taking one or both of these tests. Please click here to review the following exemptions and determine whether or not you are required to take the tests.
Before enrolling in a UC, you must demonstrate command of the English language by fulfilling the Entry Level Writing Requirement. You must do so by taking the UC Analytical Writing Placement Exam. You will receive an email/letter in early April notifying you of your assigned testing location. This year, the exam is on May 9, 2015.
After you receive your email/letter, click here to confirm registration and pay for the exam.

Before enrolling in a community college, you must demonstrate proficiency in English and Math. You can take these tests at the respective college you intend to enroll in. Check out the below links for placement test information for the community colleges closest to Gahr.
